Sec. 1232.1191. DELEGATION OF AUTHORITY.

(a)The board may delegate authority to negotiate contracts required for issuance of obligations to one or more of its employees or members.
(b)The negotiation of a contract described by Subsection (a), including oral discussions with contractors, is not considered to be a meeting or a deliberation.
