Sec. 1207.034. RIGHT TO DEMAND OR RECEIVE EARLY PAYMENT. The holder of an obligation to be refunded by refunding bonds may not demand or receive payment of the obligation to be refunded before its scheduled maturity date, due date, or redemption date unless the proceedings authorizing the refunding bonds specifically provide for the earlier payment.
