Sec. 92.611. APPLICATION OF OTHER PROVISIONS TO LIMITED SAVINGS BANKS; MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS.

(a)This subtitle applies to a savings bank organized as a limited savings bank under this subchapter. In the event of a conflict between this subchapter and a provision of this subtitle, this subchapter controls unless the finance commission by rule provides that this subtitle controls.
(b)For purposes of provisions of this chapter other than this subchapter, as the context requires:
(1)a manager is considered to be a director and the board of managers is considered to be the board of directors;
(2)a member is considered to be a shareholder; and
(3)a distribution is considered to be a dividend.
