Sec. 32.203. BRANCH OFFICES.
(a)A state bank may establish and maintain a branch office at any location on prior written approval of the banking commissioner. If the banking commissioner does not have a significant supervisory or regulatory concern regarding the proposed branch, the applicant, or an affiliate of the applicant, the banking commissioner shall approve the application.
(b)The finance commission may adopt rules establishing additional standards for the approval of branch offices.
(c)A state bank may not establish or maintain a branch on the premises or property of an affiliate if the affiliate engages in a commercial activity.
