Sec. 303.302. REQUIREMENTS INCONSISTENT WITH FEDERAL LAW.

(a)A person is not required to comply with a disclosure or notice requirement of this chapter that is inconsistent with federal statute or regulation.
(b)A creditor may modify a disclosure or notice requirement of this chapter to conform to federal law. SUBCHAPTER E. ENFORCEMENT
