Sec. 187.305. ENFORCEMENT; APPEALS.

(a)If the banking commissioner determines that an out-of-state trust company has violated this subtitle or other applicable law of this state, the banking commissioner may take all enforcement actions the banking commissioner would be empowered to take if the out-of-state trust company were a state trust company, except that the banking commissioner shall promptly give notice to the home state regulator of each enforcement action to be taken against an out-of-state trust company and, to the extent practicable, shall consult and cooperate with the home state regulator in pursuing and resolving the enforcement action.
