Sec. 157.014. ISSUANCE OF RESIDENTIAL MORTGAGE LOAN ORIGINATOR LICENSE.
(a)The commissioner shall issue a residential mortgage loan originator license to an applicant if the commissioner determines that the applicant meets all requirements and conditions for the license.
(b)Each residential mortgage loan originator license must have a unique identifier as provided by Chapter 180 .
