Sec. 156.305. RESTITUTION. The commissioner may order a person to make restitution for any amount received by that person in violation of this chapter. A residential mortgage loan company may be required to make restitution for any amount received by a sponsored residential mortgage loan originator in violation of Chapter 157 . SUBCHAPTER E.
