Sec. 264.198. PROGRAM REVIEW; EXPIRATION.

(a)Not later than September 1, 2031, the legislature shall review the outcomes and effectiveness of the pilot program to determine whether to extend, modify, or conclude the program.
(b)This subchapter expires September 1, 2031. Subchapter B-2, consisting of Secs. 264.191 to 264.196, was added by Acts 2025, 89th Leg., R.S., Ch. 73 (S.B. 2034 ), Sec. 2. For another Subchapter B-2, consisting of Secs. 264.181 to 264.198, added by Acts 2025, 89th Leg., R.S., Ch. 9 (S.B. 513 ), Sec. 1, see Sec. 264.181 et seq., post. SUBCHAPTER B-2. RECEIVER FOR SINGLE-SOURCE CONTINUUM CONTRACTOR Sec. 264.191. DEFINITIONS. In this subchapter:
