Sec. 160.315. MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING.

(a)The Title IV-D agency and the vital statistics unit shall adopt a memorandum of understanding governing the collection and transfer of information for the voluntary acknowledgment of paternity.
(b)The Title IV-D agency and the vital statistics unit shall review the memorandum semiannually and renew or modify the memorandum as necessary. SUBCHAPTER E. REGISTRY OF PATERNITY
