Sec. 501.034. ISSUES TO APPEAR IN ORDER FOR ELECTION.
(a)The election order must state in its heading and text whether the local option election to be held is for the purpose of prohibiting or legalizing the sale of the alcoholic beverages set out in the issue recited in the application and petition.
(b)The order must state the issue to be voted on in the election.
