Sec. 32.035. CONFLICTS WITH CITY CHARTER.

(a)Except as provided by Subsection (b), a home-rule city charter supersedes this subchapter to the extent of any conflict.
(b)A home-rule city charter may not provide for fewer than three election officers for each election precinct. SUBCHAPTER C. ELIGIBILITY
