Sec. 173.062. FEE PAID TO STATE CHAIR FOR DISTRICT OFFICES REMITTED TO SECRETARY OF STATE.

(a)The filing fee for a district office accompanying an application for a place on the ballot filed with the state chair during the regular filing period shall be remitted to the secretary of state and deposited in the state treasury for the financing of primary election expenses.
