Sec. 127.202. COUNT OF ELECTRONIC VOTING SYSTEM BALLOTS BY SECRETARY OF STATE.

(a)To ensure the accuracy of the tabulation of electronic voting system results, the secretary of state or the secretary's designee may conduct a manual or automatic count of any portion of any number of ballots from any precinct in which the electronic voting system was used.
(b)The count may be conducted at any time during the period for preserving the applicable precinct election records.
(c)The general custodian of election records is entitled to be present at the count. SUBCHAPTER I. RISK-LIMITING AUDIT
