Sec. 88.709. COMPLAINTS.

(a)The Texas Veterinary Medical Diagnostic Laboratory shall maintain a system to promptly and efficiently act on complaints filed with the laboratory. The laboratory shall maintain information about each complaint that includes:
(1)the parties to the complaint;
(2)the subject matter of the complaint;
(3)a summary of the results of the review or investigation of the complaint; and
(4)the disposition of the complaint.
(b)The laboratory shall make information available describing the laboratory's procedures for complaint investigation and resolution.
(c)The laboratory shall periodically notify the parties to a complaint of the status of the complaint until final disposition.
