Sec. 74.401. COMPOSITION, OPERATION, MAINTENANCE. The board of regents of The University of Texas System is authorized to establish, maintain, and operate The University of Texas Nursing School (System-wide) which is composed of the following branches: The University of Texas (Undergraduate) Nursing School at Austin; The University of Texas (Graduate) Nursing School at Austin; The University of Texas (Undergraduate) Nursing School at El Paso; The University of Texas (Clinical) Nursing School at Galveston; The University of Texas (Clinical) Nursing School at San Antonio; and The University of Texas (Undergraduate) Nursing School at Tarrant County.
