Sec. 66.63. CERTAIN BOARD ACTIONS.
(a)A majority of the members of the board have the power to act for the board on a matter before the board. Two members of the board have the power to award leases issued on a form of lease previously approved by a majority of the board.
(b)The validity of an action of the board is not affected because it was taken when a ground for removal of a regent member of the board existed. A regent member continues to serve until removed under Section 66.62 (g).
