Sec. 62.135. VERIFICATION.
(a)The coordinating board may audit the appropriate records of an eligible institution to verify information for purposes of this subchapter.
(b)Repealed by Acts 2023, 88th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1004 (H.B. 1595 ), Sec. 20(2), eff. January 1, 2024.
