Sec. 61.9724. MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF REPAYMENT ASSISTANCE.

(a)For each year that an attorney serves as an attorney with the office of the attorney general, the attorney may receive repayment assistance under this subchapter in an amount not to exceed $6,000.
(b)An attorney may not receive repayment assistance under this subchapter for more than three years.
