Sec. 61.658. FUNDING.

(a)In addition to funds appropriated by the legislature, the board may accept gifts, grants, and donations of real or personal property from any individual, group, association, or corporation or the United States, subject to limitations or conditions set by law, for the purposes of this subchapter.
(b)The board may structure the scholarship program and the loan repayment program established under this subchapter to secure funds available under federal matching programs.
