Sec. 56.221. DEFINITIONS. In this subchapter:

(1)"Coordinating board" means the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board.

(2)"Eligible institution" means an institution of higher education, as that term is defined by Section 61.003 .

(3)"Program" means the Texas First Scholarship Program.
