Sec. 55.1717. UNIVERSITY OF NORTH TEXAS AND TEXAS COLLEGE OF OSTEOPATHIC MEDICINE.
(a)The board of regents of the University of North Texas may acquire, purchase, construct, improve, renovate, enlarge, or equip property, buildings, structures, facilities, roads, or related infrastructure for the University of North Texas or the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine to be financed by the issuance of bonds in accordance with this subchapter in the aggregate principal amounts not to exceed $25 million for the University of North Texas and $10 million for the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine.
(b)The board may pledge irrevocably to the payment of those bonds all or any part of the revenue funds of the University of North Texas or the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine, including stude
