Sec. 51.913. EXECUTIVE SEARCH COMMITTEES.

(a)In this section:
(1)"Executive search committee" means a committee formed by an act of a board of regents of an institution of higher education, which has as its primary purpose the evaluation and assessment of candidates and nominees for the position of president or chief executive officer of a system administration, institution of higher education, or other agency of higher education.
(2)"Institution of higher education" and "other agency of higher education" have the meanings assigned by Section 61.003 .
