Sec. 49.054. INCENTIVE AID.

(a)Repealed by Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., Ch. 806 (H.B. 1525 ), Sec. 48(a)(5), eff. September 1, 2021.

(b)A consolidated district under this subchapter is entitled to incentive aid under Subchapter G , Chapter 13 .
