Sec. 48.122. EARLY LITERACY INTERVENTION ALLOTMENT.

(a)Except as provided by Subsections (b) and (c), for each enrolled student receiving reading interventions under Section 28.0064 , a school district is entitled to an annual allotment of $250, or a greater amount provided by appropriation.
(b)A school district may not receive funding under this section for a student for which the district receives an allotment under Section 48.103 .
(c)A school district may receive funding under this section for not more than 10 percent of students enrolled in the district in kindergarten through third grade. SUBCHAPTER D. ADDITIONAL FUNDING
