Sec. 48.103. ALLOTMENT FOR STUDENT WITH DYSLEXIA OR RELATED DISORDER.

(a)Subject to Subsection (b), for each student that a school district serves who has been identified as having dyslexia or a related disorder, the district is entitled to an annual allotment equal to the basic allotment multiplied by 0.1 or a greater amount provided by appropriation. (b)A school district is entitled to an allotment under Subsection (a) only for a student who:
(1)is receiving services for dyslexia or a related disorder in accordance with:
(A)an individualized education program developed for the student under Section 29.005 ; or
(B)a plan developed for the student under Section 504, Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (29 U.S.C. Section 794);
