Sec. 45.156. CONTRACTS WITH SCHOOL DISTRICTS.

(a)Any district, acting by and through its board of trustees, may contract with any athletic stadium authority organized under this subchapter for the use of any stadium owned by the authority. The contract may be for any period not exceeding 75 years and may contain terms agreed on by the parties.
(b)The district may enter into a contract for the use of the stadium for any purpose related to sports activities and other physical education programs for the students at the public schools operated and maintained by the district.
(c)The consideration payable by the district under a contract may be paid from any source available to the district. If voted, the district may pledge to the payment of the contract an annual maintenance tax in an amoun
