Sec. 43.054. CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER.
(a)The corporation shall employ a chief executive officer to manage and carry out the policies of the corporation. The board of directors shall determine the process for hiring the chief executive officer.
(b)The chief executive officer serves at the will of the board of directors.
