Sec. 38.352. IMMUNITY. This subchapter does not:

(1)waive any immunity from liability of a school district or of district school officers or employees;

(2)create any liability for a cause of action against a school district or against district school officers or employees; or

(3)waive any immunity from liability under Section 74.151 , Civil Practice and Remedies Code. Reenacted, transferred, redesignated and amended by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 352 (H.B. 18 ), Sec. 1.21, eff. December 1, 2019.
