Sec. 29.934. RESOURCE CAMPUS.

(a)A school district campus that is eligible under Subsection (b) may apply to the commissioner to be designated as a resource campus that provides quality education and enrichment for campus students. Text of subsection effective until September 01, 2028
(b)To apply to be designated as a resource campus under this section, the campus must have received an overall performance rating under Section 39.054 of D or F, or an overall performance rating under Section 39.054 (a-4)(1) or 39.0546 of "Not Rated," for three years over a 10-year period of time.
