Sec. 29.314. TRANSITION INTO GENERAL EDUCATION CLASS. In addition to satisfying requirements of the admission, review, and dismissal committee and to satisfying requirements under state and federal law for vocational training, each school district shall develop and implement a transition plan for the transition of a student who is deaf or hard of hearing into a general education class if the student is to be transferred from a special class or center or nonpublic, nonsectarian school into a general education class in a public school for any part of the school day. The transition plan must provide for activities:

(1)to integrate the student into the general education program and specify the nature of each activity and the time spent on the activity each day; and
