Sec. 29.313. EVALUATION OF DEAF AND HARD OF HEARING SERVICES.

(a)Each school district must provide continuous evaluation of the effectiveness of the district's services for students who are deaf or hard of hearing. The evaluations shall follow program excellence indicators established by the agency.
(b)Each school district shall submit the evaluations under this section to the agency on a schedule set by the agency.
