Sec. 22A.301. REQUIREMENT TO REPORT MISCONDUCT: PRIVATE SCHOOLS.

(a)In addition to the reporting requirement under Section 261.101 , Family Code, the chief administrative officer of a private school shall notify the board if the chief administrative officer becomes aware of evidence that a person employed by or seeking employment in a private school engaged in misconduct described by Section 22A.051 (a)(2)(A), (B), (C), or (D).
(b)If there is evidence that a private school employee may have engaged in misconduct described by Subsection (a) and the employee resigns from employment before completion of the investigation, the chief administrative officer of the private school shall submit the evidence of misconduct collected to the board.
