Sec. 22.085. REVERSION OF TITLE; MINERAL RESERVATION.

(a)If the state ceases to use the General Ignacio Zaragoza Birthplace or the Mission of San Rosario as park land, all right, title, and interest shall revert to Goliad County.
(b)All minerals under the land accepted as the Mission of San Rosario are excepted from any conveyance to the state. SUBCHAPTER G. MISSION SAN FRANCISCO DE LOS TEJAS STATE PARK
