Sec. 21.457. TRAINING FOR TEACHERS OF EMERGENT BILINGUAL STUDENTS. The commissioner shall develop and make available training materials and other teacher training resources to assist teachers in developing the expertise required to enable emergent bilingual students to meet state performance expectations.
