Sec. 130.302. BACCALAUREATE DEGREE PROGRAMS; GENERAL AUTHORIZATION. The coordinating board may authorize public junior colleges to offer baccalaureate degree programs as provided by this subchapter. Offering a baccalaureate degree program under this subchapter does not otherwise alter the role and mission of a public junior college. Transferred, redesignated and amended from Education Code, Section 130.0012(a) by Acts 2017, 85th Leg., R.S., Ch. 766 (S.B. 2118 ), Sec. 3, eff. June 12, 2017.
