Sec. 130.132. ABOLITION OF JUNIOR COLLEGE DISTRICTS.
(a)The term "applicable district," as used in this section, shall mean any junior college district which has conveyed all, or substantially all, of its property and assets to a state-supported senior college or university located in such junior college district, and which junior college district has no outstanding bonded indebtedness.
(b)All applicable districts and their governing boards are hereby abolished and shall cease to exist and function; provided, however, that all delinquent and uncollected taxes in said applicable districts shall not hereby be discharged, but shall be and remain fully due, payable and collectible.
