Sec. 12.260. ASSESSMENT INSTRUMENT.

(a)The agency, in cooperation with the advisory committee established under Section 12.254 , shall adopt or develop and administer a standardized secondary exit-level assessment instrument appropriate for assessing program participants who successfully complete high school curriculum requirements under an adult education program operated under a charter granted under this subchapter.
(b)The commissioner, in cooperation with the advisory committee established under Section 12.254 , shall determine the level of performance considered to be satisfactory on the secondary exit-level assessment instrument adopted under Subsection (a) for receipt of a high school diploma by a program participant in an adult education program operated under a charter granted u
