Sec. 12.137. CERTAIN CHARTER HOLDERS AUTHORIZED TO PROVIDE COMBINED SERVICES FOR CERTAIN ADULT AND HIGH SCHOOL DROPOUT RECOVERY PROGRAMS.

(a)This section applies only to:
(1)an open-enrollment charter school designated as a dropout recovery school as described by Section 12.1141 (c) if the enrollment of the school consists only of students 16 years of age and older; and
(2)an adult education program provided under the adult high school charter school program under Subchapter G.
(b)Notwithstanding any other law, an entity granted a charter to operate a charter school described by Subsection (a)(1) and a charter to provide an adult education program described by Subsection (a)(2) may, for the purpose of providing services to students enrolled in the charter school and the adult education
