Art. 63.061. DESTRUCTION OF SAMPLES. All DNA samples extracted from a living person shall be destroyed after a positive identification is made and a report is issued. Transferred from Education Code, Subchapter I, Chapter 105 by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 319 (S.B. 651 ), Sec. 2, eff. June 17, 2005.
