Art. 55A.357. RETENTION OF FINANCIAL TRANSACTION RECORDS.

(a)Notwithstanding Articles 55A.353 , 55A.354 , 55A.355 , and 55A.356 and in accordance with internal financial control procedures, an official, agency, court, or other entity may retain receipts, invoices, vouchers, or similar records of financial transactions that arose from an expunction proceeding or prosecution of the underlying criminal action.
(b)An official, agency, court, or other entity that retains records under this article shall obliterate all portions of the record or file that identify the person who is the subject of the expunction order. SUBCHAPTER I. EFFECT OF EXPUNCTION ORDER
