Art. 45A.165. MISTRIAL.

(a)A justice or municipal court shall discharge a jury if the jury fails to agree to a verdict after being kept together a reasonable period.
(b)If a jury is discharged under Subsection (a), the justice or judge may impanel another jury as soon as practicable to try the case.
