Art. 45A.164. JURY KEPT TOGETHER DURING DELIBERATION. When the case is submitted to the jury, the jury shall retire in the charge of an officer and be kept together until:

(1)the jury agrees to a verdict;
(2)the jury is discharged; or
(3)the court recesses.
