Art. 42A.505. COMMUNITY SUPERVISION FOR STALKING OFFENSE; PROHIBITED CONTACT WITH VICTIM.

(a)If the court grants community supervision to a defendant convicted of an offense under Section 42.072 , Penal Code, the court may require as a condition of community supervision that the defendant not:
(1)communicate directly or indirectly with the victim; or
(2)go to or near:
(A)the residence, place of employment, or business of the victim; or
(B)a school, day-care facility, or similar facility where a dependent child of the victim is in attendance.
(b)If the court requires the prohibition contained in Subsection (a)(2) as a condition of community supervision, the court shall specifically describe the prohibited locations and the minimum distances, if any, that the defendant must maintain fr
