Art. 17.092. REDUCTION IN AMOUNT OR CONDITIONS OF BOND PROHIBITED IN CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES. A magistrate described by Articles 2A.151 (5)-
(14)may not reduce the amount or conditions of bond set by the judge of a district court, including the judge of a district court in another county.
