Art. 13A.256. HINDERING SECURED CREDITORS. An offense involving secured property that is taken from one county and unlawfully disposed of in another county or state may be prosecuted in the county:

(1)in which the secured property was disposed of;
(2)from which the secured property was removed; or
(3)in which the security agreement is filed.
