Sec. 64.101. NOTICE AND CITATION FOR RECEIVERSHIP FOR CERTAIN MISSING PERSONS.

(a)On the filing of an application for the appointment of a receiver for a missing person under Section 64.001 (d), the court clerk shall issue a citation that states that the application for receivership was filed and includes:
(1)the name of the missing person; and
(2)the name of the applicant.
(b)The citation must cite all persons interested in the welfare of the missing person to appear at the time and place stated in the notice for purposes of contesting the application. The citation shall be posted.
(c)Except as provided by Section 17.032 , the citation shall be published on the public information Internet website maintained as required by Section 72.034 , Government Code, as added by Chapter 606 (S.B
