Sec. 172.172. ASSISTANCE IN TAKING EVIDENCE. The arbitration tribunal or a party with the approval of the tribunal may request assistance from a district court or the business court in taking evidence, and the court may provide the assistance according to its rules on taking evidence. The tribunal or a party shall select the court in the manner provided by Section 171.096 .
