Sec. 17.061. DEFINITIONS. In this subchapter:
(1)"Agent" includes a servant, employee, heir, legal representative, executor, administrator, or guardian.
(2)"Chairman" means the chairman of the Texas Transportation Commission.
(3)"Motor vehicle" includes a motorcycle.
