Sec. 9.103. REINSTATEMENT BY SECRETARY OF STATE AFTER REVOCATION.

(a)The secretary of state shall reinstate the registration of an entity that has been revoked under this subchapter if the entity files an application for reinstatement in accordance with Section 9.104 , accompanied by each amendment to the entity's registration that is required by intervening events, including circumstances requiring an amendment to the name of the entity or the name under which the entity is registered to transact business in this state as described in Section 9.105 , and:
(1)the entity has corrected the circumstances that led to the revocation and any other circumstances that may exist of the types described by Section 9.101 (b), including the payment of fees, interest, or penalties; or
